The Narcotics Bureau for the Office of the District Attorney is responsible for the prosecution and
investigation of individuals who have violated Article 220.00 - 221.55 of the New York State Penal Law
(controlled substances offenses). This bureau is also are responsible for coordinating long term narcotics investigations and administering Project P.R.O.U.D., the District Attorney's Office drug diversion program.
