Bureau Chief - Christopher J. Bednarski, Wake Forest Law School

The D.W.I. Bureau for the Office of the District Attorney is responsible for the prosecution and investigation of Driving While Intoxicated cases in Onondaga County. This Bureau is active in community relations through the schools and with young adults and the community at large. The bureau also is responsible for handling vehicular crashes.
