APPEALS BUREAU

The Law and Appeals Bureau for the Office of the District Attorney is responsible for handling all of the appeals on cases prosecuted by this office under Article 450 of the New York State Criminal Procedure Law. Appeal cases must be argued in person by an Assistant District Attorney in Rochester or Albany. All legal research on appeals and briefs are written with the assistance of law clerks.
